We were involved in a situation near Kavala Garage. In the video provided Grizzly Bear can be heard saying "This is what happens when you fail my FA Rekk, I mean Rekk". Grizzly Bear has left the police and I have been lead to believe that when you leave the Police or after death or restarts, previous events are forgotten. I believe Grizzly Bear has broken rule 4.0 by metagaming. I have spoke to Grizzly Bear on Teamspeak and he denies this to be metagaming however I view it as metagaming in its purest form. The evidence was provided by PC Ezzanator EA248.

 and we believe it to be baiting as we were provided this dispatch, though sent incorrectly we decided to help a guy out. Where he then got his friends to fire upon offering an initiation that did not include his friends who then proceeded to fire anyway. I'm just going to throw my 2 pence into this. I wasn't pleased with the situation at all in my opinion. Even when trying to resolve the situation with Nico, we just received a pack of lies from his side of the story in the situation. SESHHEAD and Matt who were supposedly ''robbing'' Nico were in Grizzly Bears Den Teamspeak channel and Nico said he didn't know them at all and he joined their channel as soon as we restrained them both. According to Nico, he was offered money by SESHHEAD and Matt to initiate on us and attempt to take us hostage (PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THE SITUATION WAS AT 2:50AM). I managed to catch Nico out on the lie because on this screenshot provided right here: http://imgur.com/a/w6zew

How in the world was this the case if Nico joined Grizzly Bears Den at 1:35AM?! Nico then admitted to lying after a while when he noticed I caught him out. As far as I'm concerned, SESHHEAD, Matt, Nico & Grizzly were ALL in on this and the ''dispatch'' Rekk received was just a way of getting us to come to their location to do what they did. I have nothing more to add.. Thanks for taking the time on reading my story on the matter.

Before I present my case, I'd like to mention you too (Naylor and Rekk) made 0 effort in resolving or finding a solution to both of these incidents. Nico hasn't even been signed up on the forums for a day. He's completely new to Arma as a whole and also baring in mind he's kid for god sake. Instead of taking him in to a channel and explaining to him what he did wrong and making sure he reads the rules so on so fourth. But no instead you proceed to having a go at him directly for about an hour straight, saying how you was gonna go to the forums and calling him liar. Nearly making him cry, he apologised to you multiple times but you still felt the need to report. We tried to resolve this situation as best we could but you was very persistent to go on the forums.

Regarding the Metagame accusation:

I have spoken to and met Rekk in game on countless occasions, as a civilian and as an Officer I've patrolled with Rekk multiple times he also conducted my FA.

I personally do not see this as Metagame as Rekk has told me his in-game name many times before.

The only reason I said it in the first place was for the sake of a decent roleplay execution line.

Eecuting someone must be carried out with high roleplay. (that was the plan)

Rekk has a very distinguishable voice so it was very clear it was him.

Rekk also said to me the reason he placed this report was because he felt "personally attacked". not because of metagame.

Regarding Nico baiting:

I wasn't actually in the TeamSpeak when this message was sent so I wasn't aware until I was notified by Naylor in the liaison.

I had only been on the server roughly 5-10 minutes before the gunfight started, I wasn't present for the baiting message so I can't comment on that.

Regarding RDM:

Nico initiated on the officers, I was roughly 50 meters away so I couldn't hear the initiation properly I told Nico to say: "I have friends in the area etc" He didn't. Nico then tells me he has initiated and then proceeds to get rubbered, I then start killing all the officers in the surrounding area (thinking that he had initiated properly). To find out in liaison room that he initiated without saying he had friends in the area, so I admit that I RDMed and apologised to Naylor, Rekk and Ezzanator but it was obvious they had 0 intention of revolving and they were only looking for the ban. And I have accepted that I will be getting banned for this.

So this is a rather complex one, I've watched all the videos and had a read through all of your comments.

Grizzly - Not much to say other than you've RDM'ed him. It's your responsibility to ensure correct initiation has been made to a high standard before opening fire, in this case nico has told the officers to hands up or they'll be shot and he's been rubbered and you've opened fire. Seshead even warned the pcso to unrestrain the guy or he'll be shot and he complies and lets him go and then you open fire on the officer on the roof. As for the baiting issue there's nothing to suggest grizzly was compliant in this. You know exactly what you've done wrong, you've slipped up big time here because of someone else's actions. You're a long standing community member who's fallen foul of the rules in the past but not for an incident like this one so I shall lean on the side of leniency and give you a final warning for RDM. Please do not let me down!

Nico - you initiated relatively well and I'd probably say that was alright, a bit more high quality RP wouldn't go a miss but isn't that always the case. You did call the police while you were quite obviously working with grizzly and those chaps. I would say it's okay to call the cops to a situation like this for roleplay purposes but forcing the police to open fire on you like this should not be done. The guys on the roof should have just surrendered. I'm going to give you a stern warning for your conduct in this scenario and will keep a close eye on you in the future, you should ensure you know our rules inside out because there will not be a second chance.
