Please (in detail) describe the incident
I was selling drugs at the drug dealer, Greasy came up to me and told me to put my hands up, which i did. The they told me to put my hands down and drop my weapon, which i started to do. Then as i was dropping it, he just straight up shot me. Even though he did not threaten my life if i didnt drop the weapon.
