Please (in detail) describe the incident

Me and Storm had landed our chopper (wasp skin) at the Airport Terminal and where roleplaying with some other people, then a person in hobo clothes called 'Greasy' approached our helicopter and started lockpicking it, despite me and Storm being in the area with clearly visible weaponry. The person had no weapons visible at this time and presented no threat to our lives. Me and Storm questioned the man and asked him kindly to not do it, later we proceeded to threaten the man's life and state that he would be killed if he continued. As he walked away from the situation he said quite simply that we would be shot, later changing it to an initiation by stating that if we flew off we would be shot, he claimed he had a 'gun rammed up his ass' which still is not acceptable as a threat, due to the fact that with a pistol 'up his ass' he cannot harm us, and even with a pistol he still had to face two fully armed rebels. Me and Storm were then opened fire upon even after we had complied and the hobo had robbed our chopper.
The video for this is linked here: https://youtu.be/2jSl96n4w2k (Dad walked in the room at points before this in the video, so I have cropped it out, although I am happy to show the full video in the event that staff request it)

After this I tried to get them to teamspeak, stating that I wanted to do it the easy way (discuss and forget) rather than having to cause any future trouble for both ourselves or greasy.
I had to continually ask, and even had to resort to asking whether or not they wanted to resolve the situation in OOC, to confirm that they would actually come to teamspeak.
The video for me asking for them to come to teamspeak in OOC is here: https://youtu.be/44GiRzIicB8

Within the teamspeak conversation they failed to recognise what we was stating, and after me getting a bit fed up of trying to repeat the same things over and over again without them understanding, I just asked them kindly to watch out when they do things like this. Although it may come across as resolved, I still do not feel happy with the way they handled it and am reporting them on the basis that this should never of happened in the first place, and that when resolving they did not seem to care much about our point of view.
The teamspeak conversation is linked here: https://youtu.be/54NtbXYoJ6A

Usually I do not report people, I try and give people a fair chance to portray their side of the story, however I feel as though this is a clear rule break as first of all Greasy clearly knew it was our chopper, and tried to bait on behalf of his sniping friend, however I also feel as though the hobo initiation was also un-explainable, regardless of whether he had a pistol or not (or for the matter he stated "My gun was glitched" either way, in RP we didn't know it was glitched so we cannot go off that) I still don't think that it would of been great value of life pulling a pistol out on two armed rebels.
Overall I just think that he was trying to clearly bait, and as thus I believe he has broken the following rules: Please note that I have put the number referencing the rule and how I believe the rule was broken.

(1.7) My common sense would tell me to instantly stop what I am doing if two rebels are pointing guns at me, whether or not I had one sniper hidden away in a hill. Clearly he did not use common sense when approaching two very dangerous rebels
(2.7) For answering back at rebels despite us being fully armed and threatening his life with weapons pointed at him
(3.7) He consistently lockpicked our chopper to aggravate us and tried to steal it despite us watching him and he knew it was ours. Also his sniper fired a burst of rounds directed around us, even though we didn't ask for warning shots
(7.1.3) Attempted to counter-initate as a hobo stating that his gun was 'rammed up his ass' so he couldn't prove to us that he actually was a threat

As said I didn't know it was your chopper. All I wanted was to use it. You threatened my life. I attempted to initiate on you however I couldn't get my gun out hence the "it's stuck up my arse". If I was baiting you I would've threatened your life there and then, but all I wanted was the helicopter so I didn't. If you uploaded the video from where it actually started then it would be clear that you made the first hostile move.

In teamspeak you informed me to be careful in the future and not be a dick in some respect (not actual words), which made me think that everything was ok and we would leave with me knowing what to do for future references etc.

You continued through with trying to initiate, regardless of you knowing you didn't have a gun. With all do respect, a gun stuck up your ass is not a valid excuse, the second you realised your gun was glitched you continued to hobo initiate.

We did indeed make a first hostile move, what do you expect when you try and rob a chopper in front of a ton of rebels?

You even proceeded to mock us, which again isn't value of life and clearly just baiting for trouble...

The video below confirms this, and confirms that my dad walked in the room (Where I cropped the previous video)

https://youtu.be/Djf4-HAHykM - Mocking two armed rebels and calling them "Bellends" is not value of life, with or without a glitched pistol, you should of immediately ceased your initiation once you knew you couldn't present a threat back, you did not mention your sniper and do you seriously believe that two armed rebels (whose RP characters would be strong, individuals that think they are the best) would listen to you saying "I have a gun up my ass"

Finally, throughout the teamspeak conversation I thought that you guys simply did not care, as reflected by you refusing in OOC until finally coming to our channel. I believe that this never should of happened, and that you should of been more open to our advice, yet in the teamspeak conversation it seemed as though you didn't care...Which bothers me all the more than the original incident.

I acknowledged everything you said in teamspeak and respected your comments/opinions. I also thought there was some form of 'banter' occurring as you and your friend kept saying 'or you'll get gatted' which isn't a very professional or serious use of words when you mean something serious. I understood everything you said and you know I appreciated it all. We did debate our opinions but in the end I knew I should've cancelled the initiation after realising my gun wasn't coming out.

Rejected.

There seems little basis to ban him for "counter - initiation", he just told you that you would be shot if you did anything. You took him serious and did as you were told so obviously you thought he had people in the area.

Don't point guns at people unless you are willing to accept the consequences.
