Please (in detail) describe the incident
I was going to rob this man and give all his gear to some hobo I met up with, (man previously tried shooting me so I downed him) then he clearly broke RP (not the first time he did do that in a earlier incident when I tried robbing him, he took truck and drove off after zig zagging) and didn't value his life at all in fact begging me to shoot him.
