Please (in detail) describe the incident
(I cant remember which server it occurred on so i ticked both) So me, jonothan hoax and Scott were just patrolling and we arrived at Weed Field to see a guy picking weed, so we move up on him, he doesnt talk at all and runs then stops. He then just logs out as he knew he knew he couldnt get away. I also couldn't find him on TeamSpeak or i couoldnt see him log on to message him to discuss it.
