Some guy in a HEMTT Box was pulling in to the ATM just after Metal Exports, so I tried to rob him, I briskly initiated on his tires and got in my car and started to follow him. As I tried to overtake him, he pulled infront of me, causing my Sporty to blow up and kill me. The guy must have escaped his HEMTT and stored the money before it exploded shortly after. Once my friend had got me up using a defib, a similar looking guy to the one in the truck walked up to us and asked us for a lift to Kavala as his vehicle had "broken". We agreed but as I was driving I thought and remembered that this must have been the guy in the truck. So I got out of my friend's car and asked him to put his hands up so I could just check if he had money on him, since I thought that would be a good way to check if it was the same guy. After this, he pulled out a pistol and so obviously I got out my MX as I was scared for my life at this point, and he tries to spray me down at point blank with his pistol. Obviously I got the better of him as I had an MX but even so, in my opinion this is clear RDM. Please ignore the background talking as this was just other guys in the TS talking to someone else.

Why, how is that not sufficient evidence that he attempted to RDM me?

I need a video when it hole started so i can see how the RP was or if there was any threat made before this time.

If I had made a threat previously he wouldn't have been in my car and I would have shot him?... I don't have a longer video

As Deleter says, without a longer video, we have no way to prove what, if anything was said in the run up to this incident that could justify the player's actions.

Please give as much detail as possible along with video/screenshot evidence so we can make the correct judgement. Any evidence provided must show context of the situation, therefore it is advised  to supply 2-3 minutes of footage before the initial rule break occurs.
