The Video explains what happend, me and my fellow police officers were in a gun fight with the rebels i was the only one alive the medics arrive the medic got one of my officers up and the rebel and then the rebel broke (2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban). then he (5.4) When you are revived/downed:

You may not actively enter or continue any combat situation for the next 15 minutes.
Your character retains all knowledge of the time before they are downed.
While you are downed you may not divulge tactical information to anyone. The exception to this is information spoken in direct chat in game. Please be mindful that you are heavily injured and should act accordingly. then (7.1.3) Killing and executing someone must be carried out with high roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP. but it doesnt show on the video i dont have any video because my plays.tv was not working atm. And ive clearly said that ive put handcuffs on him. (+ the medic who got killed by my fellow police officer he said he doesnt mind and my fellow officer had apologized to him)

Hello there, I would like to sincerely apologise about this situation. I was caught up in the moments and I was not thinking straight. My heart was racing and all I was thinking about was getting out that situation alive and not in jail.

I know that I should have read the rules more in depth. I realised after, that I ruined your whole roleplay experience and I feel very at fault.

In summary I am very apologetic and I will not let anything like this happen again.
