The NPAS62 unit was scouting the heroine processor after a few vehicles pulled up. I'm in the co-pilot seat using thermals when I get a report of a SUV pulling up the hill on the west. One individual jumped out o the vehicle and seemed unarmed at first, but was acting suspiciously so we decided to keep an eye on him. We later (at start of video) decided we will confront him, and as a real bad guy he went on the run. we lost visual and so we asked ground units to roll in. in the video you can see he's clearly hiding and from our point of view he disappeared (weird flickering) and instead of (claiming to be stuck) yelling for help, obviously the best choice since we have no charges against him except for suspicious behavior. We didn't initiate and so also RDM happened when he shot one of our cops coldblooded. Giovanni is TS banned and had to explain himself in full RP, talking about IRL problems regarding his schoollife and hacking of his laptop. It's debatable what he said and i don't see the relevance (sorry if that sounds cold) but I'd like to request a full conversation on teamspeak with Giovanni and a admin present to make sure everything is said. nevertheless he fully exploited a glitch and RDMed a cop which I think has no excuse.

About the rdm part my friends did initiate and tell you that if you didn't let him go that I would be able to shoot due to you trying to arrest him when he was processing the herorine(we are in the same gang European Union). But However when It did come to the glitching when looking back at the recording I can confirm that yes I was inside a rock, I was sucked in and was stuck and couldn't move at all. On my screen I could clearly see the rock and it seemed like it wasn't even there. But however, when I shot the first officer and saw his body fling up I knew that there was something wrong. After shooting him Stop correcting "i" tried to run and of course I could and when switching out of first person mode I saw that I was stuck in a corner of a rock and that I couldn't leave the corner although lal my best efforts. SO when I saw a second officer I called him over and allowed him to arrest me without any resistance due to me know they couldn't see me.  I also have tried to call a admin for help because I was sucked into the rock and stuck in the corner (if you check the logs), I tried my best efforts to get them to hop onto a different ts as I was banned form the other ts (you can check my unban appeal0 but they refused. I am sincerely sorry for this and I understand how it was glitching but I do want to clarify how I tried to get out of it and allowed you to arrest me once I realized that I was inside a rock and stuck. I am sorry for any of the damage done and since I couldn't talk to you in ts I tried explaining everything in game in a RP way.

 
Please do realise I do know what I did was incorrect but I also did know that when I shot that cop it wasn't RDM as my gang member did initiate on the police force in the area. Not only that, I would be more than happy to talk on teamspeak but it may have to be later at like 12 due to me having school

He's shot the first office who passed by and probably would shoot more if he hasn't been engaged and restrained swiftly. We were scanning the around those rocks following informations from Povich operating thermals and than he just disappeared. We thought he logged off and called off his search. He hasn't been initiated on as we just wanted to check him out because of his suspicious behaviour, therefore we had no need to initiate from our side. I believe there is nothing else to add to Povich's report as it already everything that happened. 

 
You guys were initiated from the ground at the herorine processor by the man you were detaining. He said if you don't release me my friends are coming and will open fire, he repeated that twice (because I made him ) before I started opening fire at the help and later on at the fellow officer.

So whoever was detaining Larry was the ones that were initiated on and told to release him along with his truck or otherwise they would be shot upon and he strictly told them to tell the help to leave as it would be shot upon as well.

you were over 500 meters away, even if there was an initiation by your friend, it's hard to link that with you now is it? we had no intel over the radio of any iniation so we have all the reason to consider it RDM. you can hear it in the video nobody even talked about any initiation thus no way for any ground unit in your area to know you and your friend were linked. otherwise any hobo in the area would get a license to kill. 

 
I was within 500 metres when this initiation first occurred, this is when the helicopter first saw me (before I was on that ledge) then once I made my mate repeat his threat when I was peering over you guys.

 
I'm very familiar with the area as I previously owned the house next to the rocks you were on and advertised the distance between the house and the heroine processor. It's well over 500m so you were hardly in a proximity to consider 'initiated'. But let's say it's debateble whether it was RDM, you abused a glitch infront of the camera and pissed off alot of cops that tried to do a proper RP arrest. Coming up with inrelevant excuses ticks me even more off. Like I said, if you want to solve it you have to get your Teamspeak privileges back, cause I'm pretty sure that if you're already banned from TS, even if your cousin hacked your laptop as you claimed, knowing previous encounters with you, you like to stretch the rules. Knowing you are on thin ice and still abuse a glitch is just plain stupid. If we can talk over this with an admin present I will ask my colleagues of that day to come and discuss it one more time. Otherwise I'm calling it here, cause I'm done with these kinds of encounters. 

 
I put forth the unban request on Tuesday and just clarify my cousin didn't hack my laptop my parents held a barbecue and someone hopped on and played nearly every game and reduced my bank to 220k, so I'm pretty mad about that as well. However I am still waiting for a response.

Not only this I was requesting a admin when this occurred in side channel but no one was responding because I was stuck under there henceforth I didn't shoot anyone else due to me finding out that no one could see me or hear me and that would be exploiting, but when I did shoot the first cop I did not know that I was inside a rock due to me being suck in( instead of going forward my character slowly went backwards as soon as I ran next to or on top of that rock , I thought it was desync).

 
My TeamSpeak unban request was denied and due to this I suggest if you join my ts or if we can speak in private.

 
If you can get an admin to join in on that TS server I'll consider and otherwise I'm gonna stand with my original statement and the staff team has to decide what to do. 

 
If you can contact a admin that is more than willing to join the ts and hear out the conversation (as you know my resources are quite limited) I am more than happy to do anything.

 
I will try my hardest to contact a admin and ask them to overwatch the conversation as you asked.

 
We will not encourage or join any other teamspeak server for disputes to be settled. If you're unable to do it on our teamspeak then please do so via private message on the forums.
