What he baseacally did was to avergate me and PC 2 Pac by saying constanlty "This is poor rp" and "cops cant rp" multiable times. I admit to shoot Gillam in the HMP due to the fact i did not have any non leathal guns at my desposial at the time and im sorry for shooting him due to that. That was beneath me as an officer and i dont have any exuse for that.
I did not resolve the shooting towards Gillam and the poor rp from him due to the fact he would not even listen in the first place and i have encounted him before in this day on the same resolt for poor RP toward both me and YR maddog4.

I accept any judgement from staff for the shooting Gillam on this matter because, it was inexucable.

Ok after looking at the footage from the video's provided I can say that this person is nothing but a troll on our community and as such will be removed for it.

But while looking at the video's, the one of you shooting at him with lethal force is not excusable, you should have had your taser ready or tried to knock him out, shooting an unarmed person is a last resort for a police officer and should never have gotten to that situation, these two rules 

(9.1.8) Police are not allowed to execute players. This was abolished in UK law in 1965 . (Punishment is a ban)

(9.1.3) Rubber bullets and tasers must be used unless lethal force is ordered by the highest ranking officer in that situation.

But along side that the staff team are always present to deal with these trolls via in-game or on TS. Breaking rules because other people are isn't an excuse. 

After talking to other staff members of the incident we came to the concision that this is a little bit more serious than a warning. Sadly you are going to be banned for 9.1.3, but I will say is that I hope you do appeal this, as I know this isn't something that you would do normally andmos.
