I robbed a guy I told him to jump out of his truck, but he was running at me and park on me jump out of his truck and shoot me.

Why haven`t you tried sorting it out on Teamspeak or messaging him ingame to sort the incident out? 

Theres procedures that should have been followed here before reporting a player, which you failed to take.

Try and resolve issues with the offending player first before posting.
