So basically me and my friend mystic were going to rearm at the handgun store at zaros. I meet him there and wait for him to buy himself a gun and also for me 2 extra mags. I then proceed to get out the car and pickup the mags mystic dropped for me. As i am getting back in my sports hatchback i see a person coming out of a house with a gun. As i start my engine i hear him say "get on the floor" and so i start driving off, this makes no sense as i am in a car already and also he is not threatening my life, so i drive off and then instantly get shot by Gen_Glory and die from it. At this point i was pretty angry and when i saw they killed mystic which was just standing there (jackyb did this, no clue if he initiated since i didn't even see him there before i left, guessing it was another example of poor rp not telling us about his friend/sniper surrounding us) , i knew these guys were just looking for trouble. In the video i have clear proof of the guns in my backpack for later compensation if possible (i know i have to go to the other section) and also their very poor RP and initiation (no threat to any of our lives and last only a few seconds). I attempted to talk this issue over on TS multiple times but they think they are in the right and have "power" in that situation so they declined my ts requests by me and my gang. Mystic however got revived however because of later shootings the medics went away 5 km out and ignored me.

1) shouting get down on the floor at someone with a gun pointed at them is pretty much threatening someone's life. Look at Kim kardashian. She was pretty scared. 

2) I apologised for killing the second guy, your friend. It was an accident as I was trying to shoot your tyre and he was running around. That was my bad and I apologised for that.

it wasn't poor RP at all. You said in game you was complaining of RDM not poor RP. It wasn't RDM I said at the time as gen shot you while you was driving away having been threatened. However, I do very much apologise to your friend for killing him and I'm glad he was able to get revived by medics.

However NLR rules were broken as one of you came back found me and gave me 1 second to put my hands up before killing me and taking my stuff. However I told gen not to kill you/him because it was my fault for shooting him in the first place. So gen just knocked him out instead. We didn't stoop to your level just giving a second before killing. Was fair game from my perspective.

he did not break NLR, it was another gang member driving from kavala as we were all going to Zaros to meet up to camp the weed processor later, it is your bad judgement to stay at a place somebody most likely in a gang had just died as usually gang members will probably go there to take revenge on their lost comrade. Secondly it was RDM/Fail RP, i have asked support members on ts and they have agreed on this situation that it is indeed RDM/Fail RP. Also aiming at someone is provocative but not a sign of initiation, even if warning shots are fired, do not compare real life to RP initiation as real life has no rules stopping RDM,....Ill let an admin take it from here and see his/her verdict on this matter.
