I was proccessing my weed as you do then suddenly a gang pulled out their guns on me and told me drop the night vision I stalled for a while and they said if I ran I would be shot. They then knocked me out and so I got back up and gave the goggles to the guy and he said cheers thanks mate you can have them back when I'm done, carry on. So I went back to my truck to turn the lights on (had no NVGs) the moment I got in my truck I was shot and when I asked Lord Geiger to come on teamspeak one of his gang members said Geiger told me to fuck off when I asked to resolve. I then messaged me personally asking to talk and he said no report me if you want.

As I understood it you were told by another Gc member (the one that asked for the NVG's) that if you drove off you'd be shot. So I saw you running and driving away, so I shot you.

I do apologize for not getting back to you within 1 minute however because I was in an active firefight with your other gang members and eventually the police too. My TS was going mental so obviously I was getting frustrated and once the situation was over I would have dealt with it then.

Anyway yeah I don't know if I did wrong or what since I wasn't given long to respond but if I was in the wrong I'm sorry. It was down to a misunderstanding on my part if that's the case.

To be fair plenty of roleplay was initiated and you're dealing with a gang of multiple people. Since it was a miscommunication, I would like Lord Zeiger to give the player some compensation.

Also I would like to remind the player not to use communications while knocked out in the future. No action taken on that as the report was resolved, consider this a warning.
