Video is pretty self explanatory but the short version is:
I arrived at Rebel out post, some guy screams and runs away and the other people there refuse to speak with me, once i come outside again you can hear a faint voice from the top of the DMT and then im shot to the ground. As a goodbye he then decides to meta game my name as well.

I dont want to see this man banned, when i tried to resolve it with him, even though he refused to come speak with me, through the mobile system he did seem reasonable so i believe a stern warning and perhaps a word with staff should suffice.

When i arrived at the area of the incident i was asked to present some sort of pass (LiL Jeep Triton's mic was not clear), I never had any pass so i shouted "NOO" and ran away, LiL Jeep Triton continued on after my friends and i heard my friend shout "HELP" which I reacted to and told LiL Jeep Triton to leave my friend alone and LiL Jeep Trton never moved away from my friend and I killed him

First of all sorry for replying so late. I was very busy! 

Thank you @Abdul Rafiq for your side of the story. Now let's proceed on. Even though I am unable to listen to what you say seeing your microphone doesn't work on your recording I still have a good idea about how this situation went.

So first of all when you arrived you started to speak to them at first without your weapon unholstered but later with it lowered. It appears that you are mainly the one speaking since they barely say a word. Then when the person starts to run off. He screams "HELP" once and when you guys are outside this is when Abdul screams "Leave my friend alone" a few seconds later you are shot. In no way this is acceptable roleplay. It doesn't matter what you have said since from their side before shooting someone you need to engage in high-quality roleplay before considering shooting at someone. In this situation that did NOT happen. 

About the metagaming part because your microphone is not working in the video I cannot judge this since it might have been possible that you stated your name while speaking. I simply do not know. So I will not take any action for the metagaming part of the report.

Now onto the conclusion.

@Abdul Rafiq the shooting of Lil Jeep was very poor I recommend you reading through this topic and through the server rules again! Since you do not have any previous warnings and Lil Jeep said he prefered that you recieved a warning I will be giving you a warning for 2.2 RDM. I do not want to see any rulebreaks from you in the future!
