What best describes this incident ?: (G1.2), FAILRP without story very poor quality in my eyes.

Please (in detail) describe the incident: I've been told to come out the front of MRPD, very little story or context. Do not understand why I was shot asked the person to come discord, qe to explain. No reply. I see this as G1.2 and FAILRP due to lack of communications and very boring context. I did not understand not caused an issue for anyone in RP whilst having 'Kip Wilson''. I was not mad or salty about this just wanted an explanation of the situation and how you thought it was right to take someone's life and move on. If you wanted to kill me, you could of had a better story line behind it and made it fun for both parties. I've noticed the recording has been rendered in 360P. I can re-upload and render in 1080hd if needed, sorry!

Hi Richie, this was me in the video. A couple of days ago I was with a friend at the front of MRPD and we were both smoking like normal. We were talking and you came along and assumed we was talking about cannabis because of the 'joint' in my mouth. 

What you did was you tackled my mate to the ground and did a 'random' stop and search on him for having a cigarette out and smoking it. We was both mad at the fact of how random this was and you taking his belongings made us 'plot your execution'. It had been a few days trying to find you around MRPD taking quick scopes when driving past but you were never to be seen. Until today we saw you posting on tweedle saying you was with Cooper so me and my friend came looking for you.

We didn't want no talking or long scenarios with your death because the way I wanted to execute you was by bringing you outside your work place in the same spot you searched us and end you. Your death was supposed to be quick and easy. To show what happens when a probie messes up. In my eyes there was nothing wrong with this.

Just a quick simple execution.

You didn't try to resolve this with me by @ my ID - which by the way I would 100% jump into Liasion and resolve this. I would've rather you @ me in OOC so it didn't have to be brought into the forums. If you still would like to talk about it my discord is Ky#1320.

I think its a bit over the top shooting someone in the head when you didn't get a ticket and I probably made the situation fun? 

I put messages in the cloud twice, you drove away to quick for me to get your sessionheads as seen in the video.

I feel your reply here to me @Kyis like me saying to someone on my crim character, Ok you swung a knife at me a couple days ago and now im going to just shoot you in the head without any words. What fun is that for that person man?

I apologise if this came as a shock to you but my character is known for being a psycho and a loose cannon, his actions are never cared about. In my eyes it was fun for me because I was building this up for a couple of days and now I had the time to do it I was thrilled.

My footage gets deleted every 3 days because it's taking too much GB on my SSD but I can tell you that 'Kip' searched my friend whilst he was  smoking a fag. Not a joint.

The point was getting revenge. Even if you did 'swing a knife' at me on your crim character or even 'fired a bullet' at me - there is so many ways to handle it, like you could've got shot straight after you searched us. Which is what we was intending to do but you were gone when we came back. Or you could plot it out on how you want to get your revenge.

And Lozza always plots his revenge he never goes straight in for the kill. I was thinking for a good 10 minutes whilst around PD when everything was kicking off on how I could get to you.

No point in going back and fourth with each other. Just want to keep it short and forget it?

Ok so this is what G1.2 in the GTA 5 Rulebook (Roleplay.co.uk) stands for if you think having a crazy character that remembers things from 2 days ago then you can randomly approach and shoot someone, crap RP in my eyes. 

Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM. (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. “Put your hands up or I will shoot” and countdowns are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering violence.

I would like a staff to give their opinion on this as well so in the future if something like this happens to me, I would just avoid making a report. 

I don't actually want anything to happen to you if staff think this is G1.2. I'd like this to be closed but I think staff should give their opinions so we both know if this is allowed or not?

I guess you delete your footage every 2 days cause it would of been the 12th. I only just joined the force.

With the photo Richie added, he added a line but removed it. I got glimps and it said something like 'If you can do that I'm going on my crim char tonight and doing the same thing tonight' I thought this was meta and then questioned him about it. I'm not 100% sure if it is meta on what he said but correct me if I'm wrong.

He then changes it

He seems to not care about the situation anymore then goes on about me as an individual. Stating that I am 'annoying'

Ok, so how would I make myself known if you've met '100' people, you would of probably forgot me anyway?  So with you forgetting that, how it would be fault if I killed you BUT I still remember everything that happened?  

Let's take a hitman for an example. 

Say he was hired to take out a specific cop. Let's say it was a higher ranking officer. Do you think that the hitman is going to stay around for long and get to know you? He's wanting to be in and out. Doesn't matter how he dies just as long as he dies.

I'm not saying there was a hit on you or anything but what you did a few days ago was wrong. Again I'm repeating myself. 

What I am saying is that you forgot what happened a few days ago but we didn't.

Quick revenge that me and my friend have been planning (who can also vouch for what happened). If you heard my voice and you survived how would I know every officer wouldn't be looking for my voice?  

I wouldn't even think about fragging in RPUK.

Again, @RichieRichUKthere was 2 sides to this story. Sorry if you thought this was bad RP. From my side this has been planned for a couple days.

In an effort to stop this getting even more out of hand, I'll deal with this now.

@Kythis is perhaps RDM in it's purest form. You drove up to someone, didn't say a word and then shot them in the head. It doesn't matter what RP you had prior to this, you don't get to ride up to someone and shoot them with no words, this is a roleplay server. The quote from the rules is as follows:
"Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM."

You provided no quality RP before riding up and shooting him in the head. You could have planned it for a couple of months, it does not matter, your job is to give that person a good RP experience and you failed to do so.

You've been on the server for long enough now to know that you must engage in roleplay before resorting to violence.
