I was at Agios PD when someone started robbing Kore Fuel. We drove over and responded. We decided before we got out to walk in with tasers lowered just in case, its a robbery alarm etc..
The person fired a shot before I entered, which I don't know who it was at. The other 2 officers went to the back and I went through the front to cover all entrances. I walked in, taser lowered and we shouted 'police'. He then pops out from the counter and starts shooting at me, I tried to tase him as he was trying to kill me but it bugged out and did nothing, as seen in the video.
I wouldn't usually report this but I've been advised to and decided to based on his attitude towards the situation, after which he said, "f***ing Americans", and "you Americans are weak, it was only 9mm, I wish it killed you". We tried to explaine the problem once he was in restraints and dealt with but it didn't work.
