Sitting waiting for one of our guys to get over to Drug Dealer and sell there cocaine, we had all finished our run so spent some time waiting on the hills covering Kavala Drug dealer, all of a sudden we receive shots and we start to get killed..


Attempted to resolve in Teamspeak but sadly didn't get anywhere.

@Billy S Please edit the report and add names of members that you are reporting rule break's off, reporting a whole gang/ just saying gang members it not the way to go. Please edit this so the correct people may respond to the report.

As for everyone else, do not respond to this report until it has been changed to add names. I've already warned one member for idiotic comments.

Alright, Personally I think you guys ended up in the wrong place at the wrong time.  Fusion was chasing HM gold trucks and we ended up near Kavala.  Kieran went to talk to them and shit hit the fan as you can see in the videos he provided.  After He was shot I looked around and saw @Billy S bipoded up and looking towards Kieran.  So I killed you.  

Also In your video you have markings with EI's so I'm pretty sure you knew something was up.   

I'm happy to resolve in TS tomorrow and get to the bottom of this but right now I'm going to bed.

 
I am [SCF] Martin . The perspective is mine. I do have a longer (10min) video where you can see we just sit there the whole time. If requested I can give a link to this video. 1 Problem, shadowplay didn't get the sound of arma3 nor Teamspeak3 so.. You only hear me just sitting there. As seen in the playstv video.

Rowan, watch my video and you can clearly hear one of my guys saying that hatchbacks are going back to the houses we killed them at and are breaking NLR, That happened during the 30 minute period we had spent round drug dealer. The markings are old from the guys we killed there like 15/20 minutes earlier and where not removed.

From your videos it seems like you guys where far away in helis and ended up at Kavala Drug dealer area which firstly should not involve us.

We had people set up all around the hills surrounding the drug dealer area.  I believe one of us had an LRPS as well so the range of the gunfight was big.  Like I said I think you guys were caught in the middle and when the gunfight broke out between us and Anarchy you were seen as a threat as you were set up in the area with guns at the ready.

Like I said, I'm happy to have a chat in TS and get everyone's points of view and possibly a staff member as well.  However at this time I don't feel like that that chat at 20 to 1 in the morning.  I'll be around on TS for a while tomorrow so if you want hit me up then and we can talk.

Already attempted to talk on Teamspeak3 with guys involved, we was unable to resolve it and that's why I'm on the forums..

That's like me saying I had no scope for example so the gun fights small? You can snipe people far away in this game, but does not mean you involve them in a situation that is more than a click away mate?

I've no more to add, hopefully this can get resolved so we can move on.

Sorry must of missed that ts message.  And if you asked in game, I don't tend you focus on chat or reply when I'm trying not to die.

All I'm saying is that he could of been 1.6 clicks out and still of been affective.  What I'm trying to say is if you lot were set up around the drug dealer, we we're also set up there and had very good positions over the area.  Gunfights on this server tend to be a sniper fest as everyone tries to out snipe each other, so there's a high chance that most gunfights will extend well over 1KM

Update
Situation where ROWAN killed me firstly from 600 away has been resolved, I understand that I was 600 away and understand that they might have though I was involved, so that situation has been forgotten about.

As for the first original 5 min video of Blaine and Martin being shot at when they are 1000 away from the original situation, that is still be try and be resolved..
As from the video you can see Blaine holster his weapon and Martin trying to drag the body away and get out of there, this was after me making a comment in Sidechat alerting them that we are nothing to do with it.

Note - I do understand that holstering your weapon and mentioning in sidechat makes no different when it comes to Roleplay, but they are 1000 away from what Fusion claim as a gunfight.

 
Okay, so after looking at all the evidence and the involved players input in this report, i have come to a decision that this was one of those really annoying cases of wrong place, wrong time. 

in he eye's of SCF: You lads were set up with gun's out at the ready near Kavala drug dealer waiting to try and make a quick buck. A situation then kicked of between 2 Other gang's nearby which none of you were aware of as you were just minding your own business ready and waiting for people to rob. Next minute you all take shot's and begin to die completely out of the blue so i can see why this would look like RDM to you guys.

In the eye's of the gang members being reported: K I E R A N got engaged near Kavala drug dealer so of course K I E R A N returned fire elimination the immediate threat, he then relayed the information to his gang that he has been shot at and was now in an active situation with other rebels. They then start to scan the area for any other armed rebels that may be lurking about or set up trying to kill them and end up spotting Billy and a couple of other armed rebels with gun's out, some of which where bi-podded on hills. This to them would of course look like you (SCF) were trying to hunt them down and kill them so they were in their rights to open fire on you lads because of how it looked in their eye's (Snipers set up on the hill's trying to find and kill them). 

I know situations like this can be extremely annoying and frustrating for you but it does happen now and then. Going forward i would recommend and urge the guy's that killed members of SCF to at least offer some sort of compensation as a good will gesture as you can clearly see they were not involved in this situation and were indeed innocent and in the wrong place at the wrong time. However, you do not need to if you don't wish to. I would like to hope you would though, even if it's just half as a little something back is better than nothing at all.
