Please (in detail) describe the incident

Basically, there was some big explosion down the street and as i was bored i decided to investigate. When i got there a hatchback pulls up with 3 armed guys and 1 hobo. I ask them if the downed guys are with them and they didn't answer. I then saw a ghillie guy pulling his gun out so i was like nope and decided to leave the area when i hear a guy shouting "stop right there" 3 times before opening fire on me. From the footage you can see he didn't manage to kill me but only damaged my legs so i took cover and healed and then returned fire killing all 3 of them. Then as i went down to them i was gunned down by another person who wasn't with them but after speaking to an admin i was advised to make a separate report for that. I tried to get into contact with the 3 original people involved but none of them would reply.

Extremely poor roleplay was given before they opened fire, although it's hard to identify who shot and who didn't it's appears that they decided to shoot at random vehicles aswell without any roleplay, I'm not a massive fan of banning four people at once but I feel as if i've been left with no other choice. it seems clear that all four of them lack a severe understanding of the rules we've got in place here. 


Action taken against Freffy, Zeeky howly, Dendanskeguitarist and Holge for (2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).
