Please (in detail) describe the incident: We (Mara) were circling Cutlass turf as we are currently at war and we see Frankie Mcnibbles drive past in a local bus. When we tried to hands Frankie and take him back to our turf in zip ties in order to further develop RP with him, as we have had good interactions with him in the past and we would consider him a messenger between the two groups.

He then decides when having guns pointed at him, he'd rather die on his own terms and throws himself off of the bridge to fall to his death. I don't think anything else needs to be said really.

Hello! I am the aforementioned mighty Mcnibbler, the offender in this report.

My first question is, did this affect the course of roleplay at all? I'm pretty sure the plan was to take me hostage to try and get cutlass to come and save me, therefore starting a fight at your turf (this was said to me by multiple mara members IC including the leader Isak). This still happened, and so in my opinion, no course of roleplay was affected by my actions.

Secondly, you (the reader) may think, maybe the mcnibbler was trying to save his items! fear not my friends, that was not the case, as mara had already kidnapped me and taken my gun and belongings not even 20 minutes before this clip in this report, in a different situation. They all also mentioned this to me multiple times IC, and knew i had nothing on me.

To be quite honest with you, i was valuing my life, and i actually didn't realise the fall was quite that far. I had one gun aimed at me, turned around (in fear for my bloody life!) and took the risk, much to my regret!

I feel all of this could have been sorted so easily in QE, which i was not asked to go to.

My final question is, why didnt you report this after it happened? It seems an odd time to stick the report up if 'nothing else needs to be said'. To me, it feels this report was put up AFTER your fellow blueberry member Alan had sanctions applied, and you are just trying to get one back. HOWEVER! i could be wrong, just all seems a little skewwhiff to me!

Hi Frankie, just wanted to mention that I didn't pull you to QE as we were looking for you until quite late at night and I had work in the morning hence the late reply back today ,In addition to this you have done this on multiple occasions now and not just yourself either. I'm not one to usually submit reports however I feel there was a rule broken which I'm sure you would agree I have a right to do so if I feel the need to the same with anybody on the server

As its still within a recent time frame I have a right to report it if I feel there was a rule break. Which I feel there was due to the fact that you were near centre of the bridge and its on your turf you surely know being a long standing member of RP.UK that you wouldn't survive half of that fall.

Other than that thank you for adding your point of view, I'm just going to leave this to staff as I don't want to clog the thread unless you have a POV to see your reaction to the mistake because you took quite a few steps before deciding to jump over and take your own life.

Greetings on this lovely Tuesday morning!

You stated that you had to get off due to work in the morning, something I am familiar with myself. But why does this mean I suffer as a consequence, I had no chance to explain my thought process or what happened, simply because you had to leave? there was still time to QE this the next day too, as it doesn’t have to happen instantly after a situation. Also, I was then held hostage on the ground for 20+ minutes outside your turf, where you were present, with plenty of time to raise concerns in LOOC, or take it to QE.

Furthermore my friend, as you stated it was quite late, and I myself too was tired, and feel this has a part to play in my decision to jump off the bridge, as I was just not thinking entirely straight, and genuinely did not realise the height of the fall.

You are correct, you have a right to report if you feel a rule is broken, but this feels like a report wasn’t quite necessary, but alas, here we all are on the forums!

I fail to see where I’ve ’taken quite a few steps before jumping off the bridge’ as I got out the bus as instructed, put my hands up as instructed, and then took a split second chance to escape, which ultimately resulted in me jumping off the bridge.

You mention that this is a common thing that happens with me but also others? Am I therefore taking more of a hit for other peoples actions? As that seems unjust, and not what a report is for.

Hello Gwayson and Frank, hope all is well today!

So I have reviewed this report and the evidence provided by Gwayson and the replies to this report.

Focusing on the evidence alone I can see Frank was being chased down whilst in a bus and was told to get out of the vehicle and place to place his hands up, after multiple times of asking him to get out the bus he is then threatened to be shot if he does not follow the orders, Frank then exits the bus and proceeds to place his hands up and down a few times when eventually a member of Marabunta runs up to him and then he is asked to go against the wall to which he runs to the wall, jumps over and ultimately incapacitates himself.

Frank was clearly outnumbered here and failed to comply to demands given to him and decided to take the quick and easy way out.

It's been 12 days since your last ban Frank and it was for the same reason G2.4 - Value of Life, due to this the punishment of a two day ban will be skipped which will land you on a week ban.
