Please (in detail) describe the incident
Whilst attending an RTC 2 hobos crashed into the vehicle and medics reviving a player. They damaged ther vehicle. I was in conversation with Lharmon regarding another matter at the time and as soon as I noticed the incident I went over to check to see if the medics were ok then to see if the other players was OK. They asked for repair kits, however we did not have any to spare as we was near end of shift and was using the last 2 we had for our vehicle and the other for the original injured party. One of the students unlocked the vehicle whilst i was talking to one of the Walsh players and Florian Walsh jumped into the Ambulance and started to make his way off with it. I warned him of the issues he would face and he drove around - I tried to "pull him out of the vehcile" however this did not work. I unlocked the vehicle in order to try to pull out Florian - however Damien Jumped in also. I again locked the vehicle so they was trapped inside and they sped off - The person that had been revived shot at them - we left the scene on foot and started to contact the police - however the two idiots returned the vehicle and tried to make a run for it. We took one to the police station as once we had got into the vehcile he also jumped in. The server then Reset
