It starts at around 2:45:20 in the video. 2 guys were robbing us at the copper/iron trader. They gave Joseph Mc Geown less then 5seconds to get out of the truck. I just came running from the truck to the trader when they we telling him to get out of the truck. You can see me in the video that i just kept running and they only told Joseph to get out of the car. They started shooting at me. (never initiated with me and only initiated with Joseph), counting down from 5 isnt properly initiating and they even were counting down from 3. They also killed me first and then started shooting at Joseph.

I myself wasnt recording at the moment and so using recording of Joseph. In direct chat i asked why they killed me, saying it was RDM. They told me i was with him (breaking rule 4.2, only way they could have known we were together was by reading our nametags)
I didnt tried to resolve it any other way (through OOC or TS), since Joseph got banned a few minutes later (unban appeal running) and i went offline.

As far as the report goes, I am content the evidence is there to action this report. That being said, I cannot ignore another rule break by yourself @jaxiemaxie. After you killed, you directed Joseph to the location of people still alive in the firefight. That is a case of metagaming. However, on this occasion, since it was a case of RDM, I will simply let it go with a warning about it in future. If something happens you don't agree with, attempt to resolve and if that fails - make the appropriate report, as we do not allow rulebreaking just because another person may have broken rules themselves.
