Please (in detail) describe the incident
(All is seen in video) I chased the guy in my police car, he got out and ran inside a house. As you see in video guy threatens me on many occasions, i then rubber and restrain him where he breaks RP and Combat logs inside my car. I couldnt find guy to resolve and he didnt seem like he wanted to chat :/
