I found this guy driving on the road, went on and tried to rob him as he would ran out of fuel at some point. He drove to the garage and tried to store his truck (Poor/low quality RP) After I managed to kill him just before he did so I drove his truck out of sight and tried to get access to it as I'm pretty sure it had cocain in it. Before I know it this guy comes back and breaks NLR to get his truck back.
