Allright. You said you tried to resolve. I had my side chat off, and as I was dead I couldnt turn it on so I did it as soon as I respawned. No msg was written in the mean time. After about 7 minutes after the crash you wrote in chat if I mind comping. I said yes and I also said that I didnt do anything wrong, ordinar car crash, you were speeding, I was speeding and you know how you can handle SUV in high speed, plus as you can see I had the sign in my way so I couldnt see you coming. It wasnt intentional at all, I was also pissed as I wanted to gear up. After me saying I didnt do anything wrong you just said that you lost gear in 1 mil I said that it is unfortunate and you said you are gonna take it "harder" way then. Not entirely sure what you ment by that, but I didnt think that you would report me straight away as you didnt even invite me on ts so I could fully explain. I dont understand the rules of VDM but it has to intentional as I understand and in real life car crashes happen and people die in them. When you kill someone in a car crash it doesnt have to immediately mean that you did it on purpose which means you VDMd him.Thats my explanation.
Edit: Just want to point out one thing. I dont care if your equipment was worth 1 mil, I could easily comp that but you havent put any effort in trying to resolve the situation, you basically asked basic questions, I answered them but you didnt mind, you didnt even invite me on teamspeak as I said so I couldnt totally explain and you have reported me straight away.
