Basically I was tabbed out for about 4 minutes doing some stuff in chrome, that has been blurred in the evidence as it isn't relevant to the report. I then hear Felix yell: "Hey, stop looking at me like that". I tab in to start talking to him and instantly get tazed.

I feel like this is low-quality RP at best and I think a lot more should be expected from a community leader like Felix, as one of the leaders for the servers arguably biggest gang, which means I would argue he also breaks (G1.7) Community leaders

I also wanted to add that this is one of my first  reports from 4 years here but I have had enough of people ruining the experience on Fivem.

I am very sorry... I thought our gangs were on terms that we could make harmless jokes with eachother without reporting eachother. I am very sorry that this came across as poor RP, and I can see by the rules that it is. I will not approach you like this again in game.

I'm going to avoid any of the 5 page long response conversations we so often get so this is my first and final one.

It is true that our gangs have good relations within RP, but that relationship is built on high quality RP from both sides. And it does not warrant providing poor RP. This is not Altis, people do not run around pointing guns at each other and rob their friends as banter.

The entire point of GTA RP is to step the quality of RP up, not just take the same poor RP to a new platform.

Grove Street started off with questionable quality of RP but after a while that was picked up and we had a couple of decent interactions, but today was back to that level of RP we saw in the beginning. 

Back then it was excusable with you still trying to adapt to GTA RP, but now 4 months after launch that isn't a reasonable argument anymore.

Grove Street do not have a low level of RP. We go around providing high quality scenarios throughout the entire days that we play.

We organise gang meets and deals all the time, and spend entire days creating operations to make peoples RP experiences a lot better. To give me the (G1.7) and say I give no roleplay to anyone is frankly laughable, there many other gang members and gang leaders that can back me on that but I wont bring their  name into it. Going off this one situation and saying I break 1.7 shows the kind of person you are, as well as this report. I tazed you, and had a laugh with you after, cos I thought that was a bit of harmess fun, or a little prank maybe - when you messaged me saying it upset you I replied to you with 'ok' meaning... ok, I had no intention to ever approach you with this sort of intent again cos I got that you didnt want that sort of joke. I dont think this really warranted a report if I am honest, its not a reccuring problem that grove street have this level of RP, I am confident the majority of the gang go out of their way to engage in high quality RP.

So after speaking to Felix and Jolly in TeamSpeak I would be happy to not pursue punishment for @Felix. But I would still like to get a judgment on this as if I was still pursuing punishment, if that is possible. This, I think, would be good to get a president and some ground rules set for what is acceptable as that is at the moment heavily lacking.

As for what the judgement would have been this is indeed low quality. When it comes to the GTA server we are trying to push for a higher standard of roleplay, what has been displayed in this video is not a high standard of roleplay, nor something we want to see again. In real life a taser is not just something you can aim and shoot at anyone for fun, it is a less than lethal weapon that will heavily affect the person who is hit whilst also hurting extremely much, not something you'd run up and do to a member of another gang you are trying to be on good terms with... Grove Street (and Felix himself) knows this since a lot of them have been tased by police, as such they should know how much it hurts and how unpleasant it is (within roleplay).

There are a lot of ways to have this kind of "banter" within roleplay whilst maintaining a high quality, and the kind of roleplay Felix went for ("Stop looking at me like that") can be done well with a high amount of interaction, this is not that and we expect better from a community leader. @Felix I suggest you take this on board and make sure that no matter what style of roleplay you go for you do it with lots of interaction and to a high standard, at all times.
