(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

(7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high quality roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low quality RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP. Executing another player must also be carried out with high quality roleplay, the only exception to this rule is if both you and the victim are engaged in a gunfight together.

(4.2) Name Tags / Collar Numbers - You are not allowed to identify players in game via nametags or keychains. Police, NHS and Poseidon ranks and collar numbers are fine, as they “wear clothing with the rank on” unless they are undercover. (Not in their uniform or masked.)

The rules above are the rules that i thing that this evidence has included,
I could not hear any kind of lethal force being used and i do not believe that quality RP was used in this situation "hands up hands up" being shouted multiple times.

Right so ive already said that im happy to comp cus ik I shouldn't of done it but u told me to still go get a staff opinion and I waited for ages and no one came so I went afk even though u said u wont report if I just get a staff opinion but ok, as I said ik I wasn't perfect been banned for a bit and been playing other servers that don't have as much as a high rolplay standard as this and not used to it. already said im happy to comp ik I messed up not much more I can say tbh.

Ok so @MidnightVR was there a convo after? just checking there may have been a void in the time of both of you talking and him trying to go to staff, if you want to communicate here, now could be a time incase you wanted to continue. I will give an initial overlook of the video that shows that there were only threats to knock out really, but ill give you both a chance.

 
If u listen carefully im the one that threatens to use lethal force I did it at least 3 times it just hard to hear because all the screaming that's why I said ill comp cus of the fact it was aids and he might not be able to hear but they just denied the comp and said I didn't know what I had done wrong or something like that and wanted me to go to staff still when I was happy to comp in the first place so I don't know whats going on there tbh.

 
He did come to talk to us but he kept arguing with us about the situation,he tried to avoid mostly everything we were saying talking over us and he did also try to get an admin but they were busy.

After all the back and forth arguing and denying we just came to the decision to post it on the forums, We also did not tell him to go to staff as he said he would do that.

Well when I came back to u I told u no one was responding so ill make it easier and comp u but ur gang leader told me no and to wait for staff and  wont u put a report I waited for a long time and no one responded so I went AFK and now we are here I still have no problem with comping as I know the situation was aids and u can barely hear me this is why I have offered many times now not sure why u want me banned so hard but there's not much more I can do tbh.

 
Ok im back, did look though it and there seems to be mixed messages from the group really, with knocking out and also killing which was a blurred. I do see if i focus more, that the thread of death were there, could have been more though and the other threats did not help so id say it was not the best i have seen. On the other side, I did not think it was intended low RP because of how long they were trying to give these orders out, just need to make sure those orders are given clearly.

In all, the message should have been clearer to the target as it was even hard for me to hear at first. but the victim could have at least holstered gun, especially with many guns aimed at him. But the main fact is that the wording was not clear enough. As it seemed you both were trying to resolve this but could not get either staff or a actual answer, go off this if you want, ill give you  chance if you want to resolve it here. then ill get back to you

 
I 100% agree with everything above its what I offered to comp because of the fact that he could not hear me too well and the mix messages given by us initiating ill leave it down to brogan as I can not offer anymore.

(involved) Unless this is already been resolved, i am happy to comp too if Fierce isn't around. As I was shouting over the roleplay and causing confusion.

Apologies for late reply, wanted to give them a try to have another talk on ts with me there to see what they meant. Ok then, looking over this and what happend on ts, it seems the accused have been trying to make amends and admit their errors in how they went about it.

So going on that, i think i wont ban on this due to me seeing it was not an outright RDM but the group was not clearly conveying the threats with everyone having different demands, i do hear the threats of @Fierce but they were muffled, so really should had made sure it got through.

Overall ill action this as a warning to @Fierce and people with him (A note will be added to our database on it to keep this logged), you need to make this clear for the people involved so next time, make sure you do it clearly as a one off accident i can have leighway on, but if we see more of this mass confusion, then more action will be taken.

Action taken - Warning to database on incident, incase this happens again.
