We were driving around in the airport waiting for one of our friends, when FabioHoeg jumped out his hatchback and started shooting at us. We tried to run away, but they had another guy (Bill Whyte) who was hidden in the airport tower that was shooting as well. Hugh Mungus managed to kill FabioHoeg in self defence, but the other guy killed us all. We invited them to TS, and they came. We talked and said we had video evidence. To this they said they would come back when the evidence is ready. 10 minutes later when we tried to message them they had both gone offline.

I don't quite get it.. We were in TS to solve this, you told us you would msg us once the video was up so we could see what you guys heard. You never msg'ed us and now you're jumping straight to reporting us instead of attempting to finish resolving the situation.

Me and Bill are ready for a talk with a staff member present. 

Also I didn't just "start shooting" straight away... I didn't shoot back before I was receiving shots.

I believe you're leaving out key points.. The fact that you never proceeded to msg us when the video was up as we agreed that you would do. Also I told you in TS that I didn't just start firing away which you still decided to leave in the details which if you look in my recording, I didn't fire a bullet.

Also we're still in TS, we have been on TS since the incident.

For staff member reviewing this please take this into consideration - The game volume is incredibly low, if you look bottom left corner you can see that he does in fact not have ear plugs in.

@FabioHoeg We can still sort it out tomorrow if you want. When the video came up we messaged you on the server and you were both offline. And if you take the time to watch the video you will notice your initiation was inaudible and that we received shots before our gunner even had time to return fire.

Is there a reason the resolving with Bill White is taking so long? @juandalf

 
At this moment in time, I don't feel like 3 reports for the same reason/time is nessesarry. It is a pain to reply on all of them everytime I have a point. I feel like I have a good case to back me, therefore I shall not be resolving this.

Okay, so given that there are 3 reports up for the exact same thing, and given all provide the same evidence I am going to reject 2 out of 3 of these reports based off the fact that there is no need to have 3 up. 

I will be rejecting the two that have FabioHoeg included because the situation with him has been resolved. 

Alright, I was hoping that you would be able to resolve the situation with the reportee so we can close all three of these reports at the same time but I guess you don't want to do that so what I will do instead is close the two reports that have Fabio included because the situation with him has been sorted out and then work on the one that is simply reporting Bill White. 

If the outcome of the situation is a ban, or I feel compensation is warranted then based on the 1 report of Bill White which we will keep up, comp can be given (Again, ONLY if the outcome is a ban or compensation is warranted)

Please refer to the report of just Bill White for the continuation of this report.
