I witnessed a guy attempt to rob someone just outside the greenzone, long story short is he failed and got shot by someone else.
A medic came over and was going to attempt to revive the guy, I did what I do not usually do and declared the man dead so he did not get revived. Shortly after FA. Elliot Caron attempted to revive the guy, at which point I went over and said //It is fail RP if you revive him, due to me shooting his corpse multiple times.
FA. Elliot Caron then left the area, I stayed as I was doing other things at the same time and roughly 5 minutes or so later Elliot came back, and to me looked like he was going to attmpt to revive the dead guy. I saw him crawl up to my truck and picklock it and then stop, and then danced in front of my car. I got out and asked him to leave the area and then threatened his life. I would not have shot him due to server rules but threatening is allowed. He then broke RP saying "You are just waiting for server restart"
After the incident was over I went in to the NHS lounge where Elliot was and asked to speak with him. Throughout the talk he was giggling and was not taking the issue seriously.
I felt he was being very immature and insulting towards the end stating I had emotional issues with the dead guy.
I believe Elliot has broken a few rules and I am not happy with the way he tried to resolve the issue with the immature giggling.
We did speak in TS as mentioned above and I was not happy with the result.
Rules I believe were broken:
To start we would like to make clear that this is a friendly community, An adult community and we expect every user to show respect to each other. Do not take things outside the server/onto the forums, or god forbid real life!
(1.7) As a roleplay game every situation is different and not everything can be detailed within these rules and so it is important to remember this is an adult community and some things simply come down to common sense. Things like the following; do not swear at people (out of roleplay), troll people, or bully people otherwise you will simply be banned from our servers.
(2.8) Threats to report / disputes / Breaking RP in Voice. There are so many people on the server with all different points of view and disputes and disagreements are all part of the game, however please do not discuss them in-game also do not break RP in voice. For example if someone has RDM’ed you discussing this on the server or saying “I am going to report you” is not allowed. Please use the forums or teamspeak to report or discuss only (Punishment is a ban) Exception: You may contact someone using the text system if they are not on teamspeak or on the forums. Please only attempt to make this contact in effort to resolve the issue, not to antagonise the other player/users/members.
