Hello @jctwist,

Whilst I have concluded that the player in question did in fact RDM your friend I would like to take this time to remind you that at no point when you are in-game are you to break Roleplay see the below rule:

(2.1) You must remain in character at all times, unless a uniformed Admin authorises you to speak out of character. Roleplay everything.

Please in future when faced with a situation such as this, remain in character and do not talk about forums, reporting, RDM etc. in-game unless you are being spoken to by a member of staff.
