Please (in detail) describe the incident
The player called Ethan that I was speaking to (well trying to speak to) decided to jump into a vehicle and I asked him to jump out and discuss why he did it, I first noticed that he didn't have a mic as I had to pass him notes, I then warned him to leave the server as procedure given by an admin before to warn them to leave otherwise he will be dealt with by an admin, he then says he will plug his mic in however fails to do so and finally sent a message on the mobile to a active staff member however since no admins are ever on Server 3 it makes it useless.
I gave Ethan one last warning and then proceeded to put him in the vehicle to take him down to the station and he then felt it was funny to jump out of the vehicle because the CSO forgot to lock the car and I went to try revive him so he then respawns and soon after that is not seen in the video he disconnects thus resulting in the situation not internally being dealt with.
