Please (in detail) describe the incident
We was taking this guy to Kavala HQ to fine him for having an illegal firearm but he did not have a microphone I told him to get a mic but he replied with the words in Direct saying "I HOPE YOU ALL DIE IN A CAR CRASH". Aswell as this he then fails RP and jumps out of the car while restrained in the back of the SUV (Shown in the end of the video)
I searched for him in TS aswell as messaged him in-game asking him for him to come to teamspeak but he did not reply.
