Please (in detail) describe the incident: As a majority of people know, Vagos and Hustlers are at war. For context, myself and other Vagos members had just finished robbing 2 Hustler members and downing a 3rd that tried getting away. As seen in the clips provided, you can see myself in a loose convoy with other Vagos members, coordinating over radio as to what our next moves were going to be. Long story short, when I exited my vehicle, you can see Ernie drive around the corner and without any initiation, conversation or any sort of engagement or quality roleplay, proceeds to use his car as a weapon to down me whilst also running over and then later grabbing his fellow Hustler member.

Myself and Ernie attempted to somewhat discuss this situation in TeamSpeak, however I feel as if Ernie was adamant in it not being a rule break and it only being 'bad for morale' as he mentioned a few times.

To conclude, I would like to reiterate that I strongly believe that Ernie did not partake in any form of roleplay and used the opportunity at hand to gain a quick advantage.

The rule you are reporting me for is G1.1. The rule states that if you have been ran over without a valid roleplay reason then it is considered in breach of G1.1. You had just robbed two Hustlers and shot one other that turned up on the scene to help the two already being robbed. Myself and the other Hustlers you had just robbed witnessed you and another Vagos at the docks shoot and put Mack (The Hustler that was calling for help shortly before) into your vehicle, I then watched you leave the area. You were followed to the dodgy doctors in the oil fields near Marabunta turf, barely 1/2 a mile away. I had been involved in the situation the entire time, witnessing you attack and kidnap Hustlers. We had followed you to the dodgy doctor, knowing you had just shot us, knowing you had one of us hostage. When you were at the doctor many more Hustlers were in the area and were coming to intercept, some 10 seconds behind me. You had just shot Mack and were actively taking a part in his kidnapping and more than likely his murder. The danger was still very much there and that is why you were incapacitated. What would you have liked? Arma-style initiation? The valid roleplay reason was the fact that you had just shot, robbed, and kidnapped Hustlers right in front of me. There is not a checklist you have to tick off to ensure you can engage in aggressive roleplay, only common sense.

I would also like to point out that at 1:21 in your 2nd piece of evidence you speak on the radio whilst you are flopping on the ground. This is something that we both know should not be happening. 

I would appreciate it if you could provide a longer clip so everyone can see the full situation as what you have shown does not show everything that happened. A 3-5minute clip would be best as that is usually the standard for these reports. I will attach a clip of my point of view to clear up any doubts you may have and I'm open to any continued discussion or questions you may have.

Not enough context provided, there was clearly some form of situation going on prior and there is no way of telling without more videos if they had more involvement.
