Myself and 2 other gang mates where at the drug dealer selling the drugs and as i just finished selling everything these 2 people show up Ericmx528 being one of them he was hiding behind the hemit box and as i just come from behind eat and nearly being at the driver seat he aims his gun at me and as i was about to ask ( can you please not point your gun at me ) he told me to put my hands up and 2 seconds later he shot me giving me no time to say something or comply to his demand.
i told him what he did was rdm and some people said take it to teamspeak he asked do you want to drop this or take it to ts i said feel free to join my channel 5th order lobby and after a few more seconds i said i was waiting for him and he said he was dropping the situation. so nothing got resolved as he did not wanted to resolve it at all.

In the video sadly you dont hear him say the words of put your hands up but you can see me come from the back of the vehicle and very shortly after i got shot.

Unfortunately the person that was recording was too far away from the incident to actually hear Ericmx28, which means that there is insufficient evidence to confirm the Random Deathmatch. 

I'm not very delighted about his attitude towards resolving this situation on Teamspeak, but without sufficient evidence I cannot action a ban on him.
