I was following a hobo driving a police dar around for a little bit and eventually he crashed and lost a tire. I proceeded to get out my car and get him out of the police car to initiate role play. After a very short talk with the guy, I get shot randomly by Eric Shun. There was no warning or threat to my life, nor was I robbing the hobo, simply trying to roleplay.

I asked Eric to come on TS to talk about why I got shot without any warning, he refused and said "No thanks"

You told him that you was going to shoot him so I shot first before you could take action, I'm sorry that you got played at your own game but that's just how things go when you engage in RP and threaten to kill someone ( Gang member ) and you put them in danger you are fair game. You clearly put yourself in danger by robbing him while I was there watching him so that's your fault. I also didn't just say " No Thank you " I explained to you right there and then what happened and how no rules was broken so that would of been great if you would of added that and not just left it out. I also don't think you should of come back on after you made the report and carried the situation on when I already explained to to you. There also was a lot going on in the city at that time due to only one police officer being Online  we had already ran in to someone who looked like you who shot and killed our other member just because they was in a car, when you run up on someone like that and even role play that fact that you want them out of the car when they have a lot to lose you put yourself in danger. I don't break rules if you look at all my past posts its reporting rule breakers because I enjoy the role-play factor of things.

The audio is not laggy at all, this is exactly how it was. I was not robbing him, I did not ask for anything apart from his hands up for my own protection. I did not threaten to kill him nor did you or him warn me of any threat to my life, only until the second you shot.

1.  You told him to put his hands up while pointing a gun at him

2.  Your own video shows that you threaten to kill him if he says something one more time.

3.  You did get the word " shoot " out as your video shows.

This is a roleplay server, not King of the hill, Eric.

P.S: I'm not upset, I simply do not like people like you on servers I enjoy. It ruins the Roleplay aspect.
