Well, I was running up a main street in Kavala when a saw a man (Enzo) and then I decided to take him hostage. But anyway I'll get straight to the point, I took him into my house and spoke with him for a while and then told him I wanted his gear, so, I DID 100% unrestrained him (As you can clearly see him moving his head around and moving within the video(s) and then pulling a gun on me and shooting me) after he kept telling me for a good 45 seconds plus that he couldn't do anything baecause he was still in restraints. Personally I think this is THEE lowest form of RP and he broke several rules in this very short time period.

After speaking to an admin he came to the conclusion that he had Power gamed and Fail RP'd, how ever i shall let who ever reveiws this case make there individual decision on this situation.

I sended you the link. About what happened and i couldnt drop my stuff on the ground according to @Gregory if someone points a gun at you is a threat for your life and i dont take it like that. Ive been in same situations before. Basically what Donny did is just pointed a gun at me screaming to put my hands up. Nothing else ... My friends were chasing him to his house ... he didnt threatened my life and ofc i would drop my stuff on the ground if i could manage to do it ...

I couldnt reach my bag to drop my stuff on the ground thats it as you can see on my video.

 
@Kattana Please, Don't bullshit me, like I said you are lying and your just making the situation worse for yourself by doing so. The video (Including your OWN evidence against yourself) clearly shows that you move and then pull a gun on me. It's very convenient that once I'm downed you can then pull a gun on me and shoot me.

P.s. I have your evidence recorded myself so please don't bother taking it down. 

 
I aint taking the evidence down. Thats right I executed you and im so happy i did . I told you if you can read above. I couldnt reach my bag to drop my stuff i kept pressing my keyboard to do it but didnt happen i aint bull**** you and theres no need for that language here .

 
Also I'm sorry that you don't take having a 6.5mm gun pointed at your face as a threat. Like I say in the video I didn't verbally threaten you, you chose to put your hands on your head yourself, therefore I took advantage of this as i knew that your friend was just up the road TRYING to hide behind a house.

 
I didnt know that i could pull my gun out inside your house there i didnt try it in the beginning because was scared u gonna shoot me , i didnt manage to get on my backpack thats why i thought im still restrained or bug in the game 

 
I suppose I don't really need to say much more in this report apart from. 

A) You were very fairly kidnapped

B) You broke RP several times through out the video 

C) You were quite clearly not restraint as it VERY CLEARLY shows me taking you out of the restraints.

D) If you were in restrains (As you claimed) how did you then manage to pull your gun and shoot me?

Okay, seems that your gonna keep the lie going I may as well continue to contradict your lies. You are seen clearly moving your head in the video, which you CANNOT do while you are restraint, you then also move as I am shot. Your lies will only get you so far @Kattana.

 
If you have evidence that i broke RP out the video feel free to send it because you are lying broooooo

Thats it from my part i dont think Bugs that are in the game can get me banned let the admins deal with the situation.

 
Nah mate, I don't have to. The video shows it all, I hope you can believe me when i say im sure the admins will have a very different opinion to you. Ill say again, your lies will only get you so far.

To be honest as you can see on the video i couldnt reach on my backpack to drop my stuff and i didnt know i can pullout my gun to shoot you bcs i was scared you gonna kill me i was pressing the key for my backpack one first time it showed up and disappeared and the next time when i did it nothing happens thats why i thought im still restrained ...

So, you 'Thought' you were restraint the whole time? So now we all know that you were clearly not restraint for the entire time you were claiming you were. If so this must mean that the only thing to do to see if you were unrestrained was to hold down Alt to move your head around? Come on man, stop fooling yourself.

I don't think you understand what I'm saying. I'm asking you if the only thing you did for the entire time as press Alt, you didint even try to walk or move in the slighest but then once i was dead you could all of a sudden do so? 

 
Why should i try and move when you have a gun pointed on my head? Mate go away my video shows that i couldnt reach on my backpack and why should i break RP for just 1 pistol i had inside my backpack... im done 

 
Ok so after watching the video a few times, I cannot see where @Kattana broke RP. Yes he did send you notes as he thought at the time it wasn't allowed to rob someone like that. All you have to say is //Yes it's allowed. When you are robbing someone Enzo, you do run the risk of someone coming to aid the person being robbed and they are allowed to do so.  

Where you say drop all your things @Donny the Dealer people can and normally will stall to save their gear if their friends are coming. Now you did say within your video 'I'm taking your radio and GPS'. You know that you have to take the GPS off the person and not just roleplay it right? If you don't take the item then it can still be used. I am guessing that's how Enzo's friends found your house.

That being said I am going to deny this report as the only time Enzo went out of charater was when he did //. The roleplay could of been better from both sides, just remember to finish every situation then talk about it in teamspeak if you think there was a rule broken.
