I don't know the exact time, but sometime during that restart.

I was robbing Empercious at Diamond Factory. He dies and gets executed and returns to the area to jump into his truck and try and get away, he dies again. He comes back a second time and tries to save his truck. Both the times he comes back to the scene of his first initial death, are before the 15 min NLR timer is done.

I've not made any attemps to talk to him about his alledged rule break. It's my opinion that the NLR rule is so well known and his actions are a clearcut break of the rule so I didn't want to bother talking with him about it becuase I feel like it wouldn't be constructive.

After reviewing the evidence provided. And the report being ove r24 hrs.
It seems @Empercious did not reacted to give a reason why he not only broke 1 time NLR. But even did it 2 times. 

I would have hoped after i gave him a warning for a report of RDM that wa placed against him earlier, He would go and read the rules. 
Clearly he did not do this. 

Now for kellogs saying in game come to teamspeak. is rather a slip of the tong. Wich i understand just be carefull with it. 

Then my last point is. @JesperG and @killersky, These executions were on the edge. please make sure from now on they will be better. 

I will be only taken action for @Empercious for breaking NLR, 2 times (Rule 5.3)
