Please (in detail) describe the incident: We iniated on a guy driving a hemmit, he then proceeded to ram us, kill a member of our group so we killed him, then he disconnected and wasn't willing to talk it out.

The people in the squad i was in was MadGeordie and Sylon

Hello @unique101

Thank you for your Report a Player on player: "emmak" - I've been able to identify him and as such will proceed with this report.

After carefully reviewing evidence you have submitted I have come to the following conclusion:
- During this situation, although the vehicle hit yours, this wouldn't be classified as VDM since lets be real, he had two options, swerve and hit your vehicle (trying to avoid) or run players over who decamped in the middle of the road.
- From reviewing the footage, 'emmak' only returns fire after being shot at by your group therefore there is no basis for a claim of RDM. However, on the case of combat logging this is clear cut.

As a direct result of the above and in line with the Fair Ban System a ban will be issued against 'eemak' under the following rule:

• (1.5) Combat logging at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained.
