Please (in detail) describe the incident
STU. Ollie, STU. Valise and I were on a patrol when we came across a guy who was down by the Kavala Garage. As this we get there I ask a man what happened and he told me there was a gun fight. The man downed may or may not have been in the fight itself. I believed that he was caught in the crossfire. So I look around to see if there are any threats. No sign. As I go back I decide that we should take the patient back to the hospital. As we grab the patient to put him in the car a player called Eminem started asking why we aren't reviving his friend. I told him that we are taking him back to the hospital for his safety. As we are about to leave he pulls a gun and threatens us. I tell Valis to let go of the guy so he can revive him. But before I could tell him to revive him he started shooting at the floor. As this happens we get in our car to go away and he threatens STU. Valis to revive him or he'll kill him. Valis gets in the car and I start driving off and he opens fire on our Vehicle. We get out since the tire is shot out and evade. (Note: I did not find him on TS to resolve this)
