Please (in detail) describe the incident: (copied from report)
On the 19th of November PD-1 responded to a call from a RM unit saying they had their car nicked. RM added this car to the ANPR watchlist. This resulted in it being pinged by an ANPR camera. Looking around in the area PD-1 found the vehicle and initiated a short chase. Emily was failing to stop and driving at an increased speed but was not erratic or dangerous.
This was until she tried to go off road, this resulted in her losing control off the car and smashing into a tree. Emily then got out of the vehicle and ignored warnings from PD-1 that a dog would be let loose on her if she did not stop, PD-1 released Elwyn who successfully bit the suspect bringing them down.
Upon search PD-1 found no illegal items on her. It is my opinion that this is not dangerous driving as there was not enough time to have endangered lives and the only one she truly endangered was herself.
During the writing on this report at some stage Emily has combat logged she is not within the cells and i have asked a few times in ooc if anyone knew if she crashed etc. I understand I am not looking at her and the evidence is a bit shaky however I never unlocked the cells and was writing a report. The only evidence I have is the fact that she was in the cells and that she was not let go by my self or any other officer to my knowledge.
