So the situation is at the time im doing glass and flying about in "Big Mama" and i get approached by a guy in a hemmit box. As abit suspicious i got i presented myself with a firearm and we started talking. Friendly and good manner we were talking and asking questions until my buddy in the blackfish arrived and showed off his Blackfish. He asked me about who this guy was, was he a friend of mine and so on. Out of nowhere he said the word that is displayed in the video. 0:40.

He then said it again after i somewhat got surprised of the sudden "mood" change of this guy. He also said a another time infront of the two other members. This i do not have a video of as i forgot to record that incident. It happened less then 5 min before it happened.

The situation itself was in a friendly manner and him saying this out of nowhere and had no reason to it surprised me and its leading me to think this is a word used frequently by him. This is an assumption indeed but this is just not something that should slip or be said.

The rule he broke here is: (1.2) Discrimination of any kind is punished by a permanent ban without appeal.




I have chosen to not talk to the player cause i genuinly feel this is something he would say again. And at that point someone might take offence to it.
Even if you mean it or not, it slips or you messed up, this is not allowed.

Hello

Im very sorry for what I said and I take full responsibility for what I have done, but I have to say somethings. As do not have English as my main language I didn't know the what the word meant but I still take full responsibility for what I did. After your reaction I got curious about what the word ment and when you asked what I just said I repeated faggot wondering what I had done wrong. I ran away and then got told to put my hands up and so I did, I then proceeded to tab out and search up on google translate what the word faggot was ment in Swedish. 

When I noticed what the word ment I told both of your friends that were having me in Zipties to tell the guy in the Blackfish and you that I was truly sorry for what I said and didn't mean it,I also sent a message in direct communication. Do not think your friends told it to you though. I can go through the internet browsing history if you want the proof of me searching on google translate

After this TCK Wicker, the guy flying the blackfish also the guy I said faggot to approached me and said they were going to scrap my truck, I told him two times I think that I was truly sorry and didnt know the meaning of the word. He told me to watch what I say otherwise I could get in trouble. I took that as a forgivnes for what I said and a lesson to know what the words means before they come out of my mouth in RP situations

Just to point out, when he was flying above I didnt have my earplugs inside my ears which ment it was very loud. I though he was only going around us in circles to annoy us since Stavik told me he was not going to land. Before I said the word I stopped beacuse I didn't really know what to say and then this popped into my head 

(I do not have a recording of this since my computer don't support recordings from other softwares than shadowplay and since my shadowplay can't record any games)

@Wicker can you prove that I said sorry and that you said I gotta be careful otherwise I could get in trouble?

I have spoken to @Jayzon about this situation as we can both agree on using this word as he did is not ok.
But i genuinly think and believe that he did not mean what i thought he ment he have promised me to not use this word or say anything that he does not know the meaning off.

So im asking very kindly for the Staff Member that deals with this to take this as a warning and keep a watchfull eye on him and i hope this act could help him to stay out of trouble and enjoy the server. 

I would mark this as resovled and please reject if able.

I am glad that this situation has been dealt with and all parties are agreeing. I must say that at RPUK we DO NOT expect any language like that to be used on any of our servers as it could lead you to a ban as you have learnt however, you have been lucky enough to have someone that is willing to talk about the issue. I feel owning up to your mistakes is the best punishment so I do appreciate you owning up to your own mistakes with that said I will be giving you a firm warning to not repeat this incident again.
