We saw 2 Huron`s at uranium buyer so we decided to go over and role play with them and potentially rob them later. Once i got their i marked a guy who was setting. I rotar tapped a Huron then moved to another one. A few seconds later i got shot out of my heli with no initiation.

Could you please post a video where the sound from the game can be heard better? Would be easier to see and hear the warning shots that were fired near you. 

As for "no initiation", you were told to stop hovering over the Huron by my team on the ground and then warning shots were fired at you by Sydney, who confirms she put 3 rounds in front of your chopper and 3 rounds behind your chopper. After that, you had ample time to fly away before I fired the lethal rounds. Not only that, before the warning shots came at the hummingbird, warning shots were fired at your team's Huron which if you consider your team (in the general vicinity) initiated as you being initiated, you had even more time to fly away before I opened fire. 

May I ask, since when can you hover centimeters over another chopper's rotor blades without first initiating with them? If anything it sounds like you were trying to VDM. I've never heard of this "rotor tapping" technique but it would seem like you'd have to initiate before you even attempted to fly that close to a Huron that wasn't a part of your team. If the pilot was in first person, and they decided to take off before switching to third person and didn't see your chopper precariously hovering over theirs it would be a VDM on you because you put yourself in that position. The chopper's blades were moving, it could liftoff at anytime and you purposely sat in a position that would cause a VDM if they tried to take off prior to any initiation from your group. 

From my perspective of it all, your team started to move in. We saw your hummingbird start to move in and sit a few centimeters above a HURON, still no initiation. One of the ground units told you to get off from over the chopper, and you moved to a different Huron then there is chatter on the radio to give warning fire. Warning fire was given and you were still hanging out above the rotors. I heard shoot over the radio and then I opened fire on you.

I cant post a vid better then that as it was from plays.tv. Firstly i would barely be able to hear you but i did hear fly away or something like that. From my video no warning shots we at me however they were warning shots at the Huron. From my POV all you did was shot me without saying anything or giving me warning shots. You could always hover over someone and while i was doing it i was a metre or two from your blackfish. If i was going to VDM i would of done it a lot more sooner. Therefore that makes no sense. No it would be a VDM case upon the blackfish pilot, not mine. I saw in that position so i could stop you from flying off and my people could initiate on you and get the money. The "Ground unit" told me to leave and didn't threat my life or threat to shot me down. This seems like a comms mishap from your side.

Also, that, what did you call it? "Rotor topping"? Dude, that's the most disgusting thing I've ever seen, seems like you need some crazy initiation before doing that.

Firstly, I would like to add that you`re not allowed to post on player reports that your not involved with.  After reading a few of your other replays on reports i would like to stronger suggest you read the rules and it looks like your very inexperienced on the server. Secondly, I would like to add its called rotar tapping and its a very common method of robbing people. I`m Interested in how you find it disgusting. No you dont need crazy initiation and i would suggest to you to read the rules.

If you feel like we have poor RP , record it and put up a player report. Theirs not wrong with camping it and it makes a shit ton of money. Its quite easy to become rich off it. We haven't been banned as we haven't done anything wrong, simple.

The quality of the video is not the best to i have a hard time to see if you recive warning shots but i can see they guy on the ground reload is gun after he point in your position.

I`m unsure who was reviving warning shots but all i know it wasn't me. If i received warning shots i would of flown of as i know the MH-9 doesn't have the best protection. I wouldn't risk my life just to die in that way.

We all agree that you got verbal warning just before you start hover over the hurons. 

Your gangs mate recive multi warnings shots and they fly away but you keep hover right over the hurons. You shuld use commen sence and fly away like your gang mates did.

This was also said over the radio multi times that warning shot are given.

There for this report is rejected
