Scouting Kavala Drug Dealer, basically saw dudes with gun and this dude shows up.

I tried to resolve in TS and he said 'let admins decide'.

I can see from the recording he does start to speak, but only speaks for about 2 seconds then shoots this is rdm so a ban has been issued.
