Please (in detail) describe the incident
Was following player in an attempt to initiate RP and offer protection services. Turned around and rammed my vehicle and I blew up. When I spoke to him on OOC, he first apologized then seemed apathetic about breaking the rules. Did not take anything of mine, no comp required. Would have been OK with situation had player not then berated me in side when trying to resolve the situation with him.
