Please (in detail) describe the incident
So we were just on an NCA patrol as you could see and we decided to pull up at the drug dealer just coming from the Weed Processing as it was clear, then we spot a Red SUV parked outside so we thought the place would have been empty or something. After going inside I tried to communicate with the man El Chapo as you could see joking around. He never spoke and I see this as Poor Quality Roleplay. I follow the gentleman, even more, trying to talk to him and asking him to "lower the gun" he does not comply and just says "come near me and you will die" then I almost instantly get shot. It was very bad and I was getting a bit angry with what happened so I decided to log out and cool down hehe. Afterwards, I thought that because of what happened these guys clearly have not fully read and understood the rules that have been put into place and therefore because of the video evidence you can see that it was a clear rule break and therefore I put a report in without talking with the guys about the issue. Also I did try to find them on TeamSpeak and after typing in their names they were never found so I made this report.
