Please (in detail) describe the incident

Was just sitting in the car in Kavala and see a truck go past me think nothing of it and then he begins to passenger seat me and kill me through absuing the VDM script, my friend keeps an eye on him in an attempt to get his name across the bridge where he VDM's a vehicle and blows up in which his name is found. I have not attempted to resolve this report in the due fact that passenger seating someone is a malicious exploit which is done with ill intent.

Granted, but unfortunately not thought this may of been good enough but if you can take anything away from this he is a player for concern.

Don't believe there is a different perspective of this but mine, but with that being said it looks like there isn't sufficient evidence to action this just go ahead and deny I suppose.
