Please (in detail) describe the incident

Essentially there was a gunfight in the area which had been going on for around 5 minutes, Eagle pulled up as a part of the gunfight and decamped from his iFrit and was pretty much instantly rubber bullet'd by a PCSO so I moved in to restrain him, as I moved in to restrain him he locked his iFrit while still down on the floor rubbered, then when he got up in the restraints he was borderline breaking RP towards me, him locking the car essentially stopped the police being able to take the iFrit which his friend later took and used to escape the police. After his friend was being chased in the iFrit, he somehow managed to magically get out of the restraints, get into his friends helicopter and fly over to the iFrit when he then killed me once I got his friend; his friend was oblivious to what he had done and has even kicked him out of their gang due to what happened, we attempted to resolve it but never really got anywhere, even the member support put it down to an admin to decide, so I spoke to one then was told to put it here (if the admin name or member support name is needed PM me).

I put all of these in because they pretty all happened because we couldn't simply take the iFrit and put the man inside then hunt down his friend separately, Eagle stopped us from being able to do this.

I'm clueless, we already resolved this in team speak? I was told to leave the channel as the situation had been resolved and I had not broken any rules. Hmmmm. I'm clueless at this point. Jxm you're really misunderstanding this situation buddy. I think you forgot to add I was left in a field stranded for 10 minutes with no rp at all. I was instantly restrained and then left stranded with no words said to me. After 10-15 mins I was unrestrained and no cops were in sight considering you left me and drove off hence why I left the scene. It was all resolved in team speak bud.@CI Voltz

Just like to say for the record so Liam isn't given any sort of flak for posting; he was directly involved, he was the other voice in the videos, if he isn't allowed to post just inform him so please.

First of all, if I had to call it one word 'resolved' wouldn't be it, with JStar (the man who landed the helicopter in the video; I originally had an issue with something he did, but it turned out to not be his fault) it was resolved entirely, I said he can just leave the room, you just said "can I leave" and the majority just said sure, I even clearly stated multiple times that in exact words "I'm still not happy with it at all, nothing is really resolved, I'm still gonna put up a report", the reason being exactly what I said: nothing was resolved.

Our discussion started with you coming in practically yelling at us before member support arrived, then you calmed down a little to be fair, but then proceeded to change your story around 3 times, the first statement being "well you weren't being shot at, so why didn't you RP with me", soon to be changed to "you were getting shot anyway", I even spoke out while the member was support calling you out on doing this several times; morphing the situation to suit your current claim, soon after was when I said I'm still not happy with it, which I'm sure Voltz could back up if he could remember it.

Now, on to what you said. You were left in a field because it was a firefight, we're not gonna sit and speak when we're being fired at by an enemy in a location we don't know, but the fact that you claim it was so long really clues me, because I'd like to present this, screenshots from the raw record because it's kind of weird that you keep bringing it up:

The exact moment I restrain you, not a second sooner: 

7 minutes and 27 seconds until I died, so you somehow got out of the restraints by the time you insisted was 15 minutes and I took your word for, but managed to fly over to me at the point where I've drove around 5km away to chase the iFrit you unlocked, then landed and shot me.

I even messaged JStar to inform him that I wasn't gonna put up the report on him because it was essentially a game bug and it could of looked bad on him, tried to find you to ask you to clarify on some things, because in reality I really didn't wanna put up a report, went to 2 separate admins just to make sure I should put it up and they both gave the go ahead for it. After this I even got told you were badmouthing the whole situation in other TeamSpeak rooms, but I was gonna put it up regardless of this being true or not. 

If you count the first part as it being resolved, be my guest but I believe it was more than enough reason to put up the report.
