I'm a bounty hunter and i was looking for a guy named Eagle. So i searched for him and found him. he had around a 200.000 pound bounty so i asked his name.. He confirmed that his name was Eagle. But he ran away. Ofcourse i stunned him but then a wierd thing happend. Tried to arrest, but that didn't work for some reason? Anyway he then knocked me out first and then shot me. Now is just the qeustion, is that an exploit or not?
