We were patrolling and I get out the car to heal after crashing and we get VDMed by this guy in a Zamak, he came back later and did the same to others.

To be honest this appears to be a road traffic accident to me, seeing as there looks to be some server side lag/desync. It's difficult to tell with this video if the collision was intentional VDM. 

I am afraid to say I am going to have to deny this report due to insufficient evidence, However this will be noted on the player.
