After being shot, there come and give me some RP, however when it comes to the execution it comes out with. "You are being executed because you are just dumb as fuck" which IMO is very low quality after already not coming over and saying more than "you are a hobo"

When it comes to resolving:
I called him to TS in OOC to explain his actions as well as send him a text in game asking him to explain his actions, both of which were ignored.

okey i dont get why you see that as low rp ? They solid roleplay with you for a 1minute and 35 seconds. 

 

after already not coming over and saying more than "you are a hobo"

then  your first sentence is " Do i hear some hobos lockpicking a vehicle" And then is were the 2nd guy comes and speak to you. 
And then you basiclly starting arguing with them over the situation. But it is all kept in rp. So it is still rp. 

I just want to point out aswell dont forget when you are down you are heavily wounded, And you should act like that. 
Ive seen execution been done with less roleplay. Therefore this Report is gonna be rejected.
