Please (in detail) describe the incident

We were driving away from a checkpoint operation when we were spiked. The UNMC rushed us and we scattered to cover, I hid in a nearby building trying to take cover from the surrounding UNMC. This is where things went a bit wrong, durtydill proceeds to come into the building and simply repeats "hand up, hands up" over and over however at no point he states what will happen if I don't comply plus the fail RP I am specifically reporting is the fact not only does he state what will happen if I don't comply but while I'm pointing my gun at him and him me he then proceeds to knock me out while stood directly infront of me.

I have spoke to him in Teamspeak and he in no way believes the has done any wrong and states that he was in fact behind me when he knocked me out however I see no evidence of any de-syncs around the incident, plus there is the added detail of the initiation in which he or any UNMC can be heard initiating on any Police within my close proximity that I could hear.

Please note that my footage is slightly out of sync with the audio as I use Plays.TV and I am yet to find a fix for this but its about 3-5 seconds out of sync. When I brought this to Teamspeak he became abusive and used repeat profanity stating he has in no way broke server rules. I would have had no problems with durtydill if he had knocked me out from behind and stated a clear initiation of what happens if I don't comply.

I do not think this warrants a ban or anything like that, I just think Durtydill needs to acknowledge this is against rules and can't happen again. Unfortunately this didn't happen in Teamspeak therefore to try and make sure there are no repeat incidents I am having to report this.

are you actually for real you are trying to say you didn't know what happened and that there was no in iniation when you knew exactly what was going as you can hear in the audio what is happening you then continue to run into a building i come up behind you when your at the back door i start shouting get your hands up you continue to ignore me and go in the building and you decided it is a great idea to turn around and point a weapon at me when you were clearly out numbered 3-1 rule but you still continue to keep your weapon out as im saying your surrounded but no your weapon was the my side when i knocked you out i had so many chances to shot you but i didn't as we were taking you all hostage but to this point you still seem to think you did not know what was going on as you know exactly how many was there from the situation from the fuel station we clearly out numbered all of the police as that's why we ambushed you guys and took you all hostage i have not broken and rules and in my eyes that was not poor rp, more like it was you as you did not obey the 3-1 rule and there was a lot of de sync from the amount of players and vehicles in the area.

Alright i will deal with this report. When i saw the part when @DurtyDill took SGT rekk hostage with knocking him out while he pointing a weapon towards. 
i was tempted to give a slap on the wrist and serious warning. but then this execution came up. And i was really shocked. 

(7.1.3) Killing and executing someone must be carried out with high roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low RP 

I  talked with other staff members. to hear their opinion this, And it was the same like me this was really poor RP. Therefore i will take action on this report for FailRP.
