Please (in detail) describe the incident
I was driving toward Kore Bend, when i saw a green hatchback following a van aggressively, so i decided to follow them, after making sure the van was safe, i offered an escort to metal exports for said van and the driver agreed. As i was driving down i noticed a Silver SUV pulling up and then driving across the road, obviously this raised my suspicions as not many people mine metals in their precious SUVs. I waited for the guy to sell his stuff, and as i was waiting i saw the same silver SUV with an armed rebel across the road. The two guys with the SUV then backed into the warehouse. I then decided to have a look at what was going on in order to ensure the safety of the citizens of altis, and so went over. I immediately confronted the first guy (Andrei) as he had an illegal MXM 6.5. I informed him that owning said rifle was directly breaching the Illegal weapons act of 1968, to which he replied "Its for defence." I then said that regardless of its use, it was disallowed on the island of Altis, so without further ado, i decided to ask him to put his hands up, shortly after calling him rude for walking around. Much to my shock, his friend (Dupa) appeared, he then extracted his rifle from his back, and pulled it out immediately proclaiming to my long-time police buddy (PC Roberts [WA226]) to put his hands up. As adrenaline pumped round our bodies, the "fight or flight" system kicked in and me and Roberts proceed to extract our weapons from our holsters. As this happens, Dupa immediately shoots Roberts, i taze Andrei and Dupa gets a last minute bullet on me and takes me out, like a lion chasing a gazelle. We then asked them to liason, where we spent 40 minutes discussing about the fact Dupa cannot do what he did. As a result of this, we then had to take it to staff as they still believed they were in the right. After having it been confirmed by Alfred (the admin) that is is a direct breach of RDM, we decided to put this report up.
